The Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Pro are expected to be released soon. The Xiaomi 12S Pro is expected to come in two flavours, each with a unique chipset. A new leakage has revealed the RAM and memory statistics of the Xiaomi 12S range smartphones prior to the formal launch. The Xiaomi 12S will be available in three RAM and memory variants, according to reports. Two RAM and space versions are expected for the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC option of the Xiaomi 12S Pro, whereas two RAM and memory configurations are expected for the MediaTek Source for finding 9000 SoC variations.

On Twitter, tipster Mukul Sharma outlines the rumoured RAM and memory specs of the Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S, Professional. According to the source, the Xiaomi 12S will be backed by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and will be available in three RAM and memory configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. Xiaomi 12S Pro is believed to include Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC versions with 8GB RAM + 128GB space, 8GB RAM+ 256GB storing, and 12GB RAM + 512GB storing. This version may also be able to handle 120W rapid recharging. The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC edition of the Xiaomi 12S Professional, on either side, is expected to be available in two architectures: 8GB RAM + 256GB space and 12GB RAM + 512GB storing. Xiaomi, on the other hand, has not issued a formal statement on the matter.

Xiaomi 12S with product code 2206123SC was previously discovered on the Geek bench testing platform. According to the website, it will operate on Android 12. It further stated that the smartphone had 12GB of RAM. Meanwhile, a Xiaomi 12S Pro with the product code 2206122SC has been seen on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) portal, indicating that the next smartphone would include a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with 120W of supercharging capability. It is also mentioned as having a 5G connection.

Xiaomi is said to be releasing the Mi 12 Ultra handset the following month. It will be the only smartphone from the firm to include a Leica-backed photography system. Nevertheless, it appears like Xiaomi is planning on two more Xiaomi 12 range cellphones: The Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12S Professional.
